Back at home, I spend some time staring, online, at the sexier Rado. It seems entirely link possible if I wore that watch every person I met would say "Nice watch," and the amount of positive feeling link would have no choice but to accumulate into actual real increased happiness. And that Rolex, my pretty new friend. Maybe I would get the chance to wear it for a week, or a month. What would people say to me link then? If I stared at a watch all the time, instead of at a phone, who might I become?

Since 2006, IWC and Laureus have been releasing blue-themed limited editions – but never this blue. link The ceramic case transforms the watch entirely, and honestly, makes link me wish link there was more experimentation in the Mark series with colorful ceramic cases (white perhaps?).

Overall, it seems like this year is more of a "tock" year in the usual "tick-tock" cycle, just as we expected, with a year of link massive hardware redesign followed by a link more incremental year of refinement link and aesthetic updates. There are a number of significant changes, sure, but unless blood oxygen levels are a make-or-break feature for you, the Series 6 is essentially a souped-up Series 5 with a ton of new watch faces, case materials, and strap options.

The Apollo Guidance Computer, or AGC, was manufactured by Raytheon and developed at the MIT Instrumentation Laboratory, link with programming created by a team led by MIT's Margaret Hamilton. The development of the computer and its software is an article in itself (or really, a book, probably) but for our purposes it's link enough to note that it was the link quartz oscillator of the AGC, with a 1.024 Mhz frequency, that provided the frequency standard for all timing tasks on board the CSM.

I don't know what my link watch will be, but I do know link that every time I look down at it, I will expect it to make me link feel happy, and that it will be, as Steve said, "relaxing on the wrist." I wonder how much I would have to like it to stop always looking at my phone, and how much this is worth to me. It could be worth quite a lot.
